Utility Tethered Size, 76 x 61 cm Medium: Acrylic On canvas
This work shows a water pumping station being held in place by a tether. This could easily represent how big Utilities are tethered to the past and clinging to where they’ve always been despite the storm clouds, a changing economic landscape, gathering. It also could just be a floating building. Let the viewer decide.
